This was my first experience in the work world and, therefore, strived to learn all positions available. I wanted to experience the whole job and understand everyone I interact with. I hostessed, cahiered, bussed, dishwashed, waitressed, expedited and cooked. I could run the whole restaurant without any help. That was my gain from the Waffle Shop. I built a strong wait staff while employed at the Waffle Shop, and I trained the current manager when he first began. This job demonstrates my dedication to a job for staying at it for eight years and sacrificing every morning to rise at 5am.

First experience serving alcohol and therefore absorbed crucial knowledge of beverages and bartending. The menu was Greek and offered many table side dishes. I learned much on how to assure customers satisfaction. I know to smile isn't always the easiest, but necessary in this field. I adopted advanced mediating skills.

I learned to take the reigns and solve arrising issues without requesting assistance. I prooved to take charge and remain calm to control a smooth outcome. I had the chance to tend the bar and learned how to interact with particular people without offending or dissappointing them I furthered my mediating abilities. I know how to please all ends and not let anyone down. My administration title was responsible for our Buy Fresh, Buy Local advertisement. I was in charge of locating and communicating with future farmer clients or our currently existing farmers. I made sure we spent the least amount of money on the healthiest, most natural substance and ensured local money circulating in our area. Freshness care of food was the potential goal of the restaurant and I feel I offered assistance in building it's bussiness today.
